Mitch Bowd is an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist with over 15 years experience. Mitch graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2007 with a Bachelor of Sports Science and later completed his Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Rehabilitation) at Charles Sturt University in 2009.
Mitch has experience working with patients suffering from musculoskeletal, chronic pain and cancer. Referrals can be directed from your General Practitioner, through Workers Compensation, CTP and other private insurance companies seeking input with TAL, etc.
Mitch enjoys assisting patients reach their goals through education, active treatments and CBT-based approaches. Following his interests, Mitch actively continues his education in Pain Management, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, assisting patients with personalised gym plans and healthy lifestyle interventions.
Mitch Bowd is an independent provider (ABN. 80 439 966 545) and sees patients in Maitland, as well as seeing patients at gyms and local pools throughout Newcastle and the lower Hunter.
