Dr Mike Shelley is a Health Psychologist working clinically. He is an expert in chronic disease management with over 25 years experience specialising in chronic pain, PTSD and adjustment to illness. Mike has also completed a PHD on cardiac illness and pain.
Mike has a passion for the relationship between mood, thoughts and health behaviours. He treats people who may be struggling to adjust to a life changed by health concerns. Mike also delivers effective and evidence based treatments for Mental Health. Patients can be referred by GPs, specialists and can also self refer. Mike is an approved provider under Medicare, DVA, Workcover and Private Health insurers.
